With attention to the local
business and political environment, HGCY will develop
cases studies of corporate governance in Korea.
These case studies will develop methodologies
to measure the costs of misgovernance, and identify
the circumstances and incentives that effect such misgovernance.
In addition, these case studies
will include examples of best practices by Korean firms
that have been able to conduct their businesses successfully,
with an eye on both profitability and good corporate
governance.
